Fifth & Pacific Companies, Inc. (NYSE: FNP) yesterday announced that it plans to hold a Kate Spade Investor Day for the financial community on Friday, March 15, 2013. This event will be webcast. Additional information to follow.

This marks the first of three planned events for 2013, with a similar presentation for Lucky Brand to take place near the end of the second quarter and another planned for Juicy Couture near the end of the third quarter.

Commenting on the announcement, William L. McComb, Chief Executive Officer of Fifth & Pacific Companies, Inc. said: “This will be a great venue for current and potential investors to meet the brand management teams and to hear the longer term growth plans and opportunities first at kate spade, and later at Lucky Brand and Juicy Couture, in a more focused setting than the multi-brand investor days we have conducted in the past.
