The California Market Center (CMC) and The L.A. Mart, the two premiere Gift/Home/Design Centers in the Western U.S., have joined together in partnership to make it easy for retailers to discover a wealth of new fashion accessories at the Spring 2013 Gift & Home Market, scheduled for March 10-14, 2013 at the CMC and March 10-12, 2013 at the L.A. Mart.
For the first time, the two permanent gift and home marts have changed their seasonal market dates to run concurrently with the major L.A. Fashion Market. Attracting thousands of lines from the industry’s well-known fashion brands as well as fresh design talents from the L.A. fashion scene, Fashion Week brings together three leading “shows within shows”: Select, a juried show featuring high-end contemporary fashion accessories; L.A. Kids Market, showcasing 800 premium kids and maternity collections making up the largest concentration of children’s products on the west coast; and Transit, one of the foremost footwear and accessories shows. Complimenting this product assortment are hundreds of lines in the permanent showrooms at the LA Mart and the California Market Center encompassing the categories of baby, kids, jewelry, lifestyle and fashion accessories .
